Shipping

All orders will be processed for shipping within 1 business day after placing the order. A single order cannot be shipped to multiple addresses. All orders are processed and shipped from San Francisco CA from Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day.

VOIDTHEBRAND holds the right to refuse shipping to any order.

Domestic

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS priority mail. A $10 flat rate of shipping and handling fee will be added to every domestic order under $150 regardless of destination. All domestic orders over $150 receive free USPS priority shipping. USPS priority mail shipping time vary from 1 to 3 business days depending on the location of the purchaser.

International

All international orders are shipped via USPS first class mail. A $20 flat rate of shipping and handling fee will be added to every international order under $250 regardless of country. USPS first class mail takes approximately 5 - 7 business days from actual shipment date, but occasionally packages can experience customs delays of several weeks.

Please note that international orders are often subject to duties and taxes by the customs of the destination country upon arrival. VOIDTHEBRAND cannot estimate or cover any extra charges generated by your country's custom department. As a helpful tip, we have found customers are less likely to be charged customs duties and taxes on multiple small orders as opposed to one large order, but it varies by country.

Returns

All requests for returns must be submitted within 21 days since the date of purchase. Merchandise must be returned with all original tags attached, unwashed, and unaltered. All sale items 30% or more off are final sale. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, VOIDTHEBRAND has the right to deny credits if the goods do not meet the return policy requirements. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Unfortunately VOIDTHEBRAND is unable to provide online exchanges. If an exchange on an item is necessary for a different size, style, and/or price we would be happy to issue a refund but would request that you purchase the desired item through the website as a separate transaction. Please see below for our return procedure.

All returns must be authorized by VOIDTHEBRAND. Please send an email with your return request to press@voidthebrand.com with purchase order number and specific items requesting to be returned. Upon receiving your request, we will follow up with an email confirming the status and provide you the return address. Return packages must be shipped pre-paid and with proof of delivery. VOIDTHEBRAND will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery.

When your return is received, we will credit the same credit card account with which the original purchase was made. We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on you credit card statement. Store credits wil be issued upon request.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged based on the customers shipping address, only to states where voidthebrand.com has a physical presence. Currently this includes:

California - 8.750% will be applied to all items.

Order Status

You can check the status of your order by signing into my account, and this page will let you know if your order has been fulfilled, shipped, or if it is being held. If you wish to make changes to your order before your order being processed, you could send a request via our messaging system under contact on our website's navigation bar. Once your order is processed or shipped, no changes can be made.

Privacy

VOIDTHEBRAND uses a backend server powered by SHOPIFY  that secures your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption during the purchasing process. Any personal information given to voidthebrand.com will be protected. We respect your right to privacy, therefore we collect only the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact to you regarding the status of your order. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties. 

VOIDTHEBRAND reserves the right to update this privacy policy at anytime. Updates to our privacy policy will be sent to the email address that you have provided us.
